Аннотация

Закавказье — регион с высоким уровнем биоразнообразия, для которого приводится до 10 видов рода Gladiolus. В этой работе проанализирована закавказская часть коллекции рода Gladiolus в гербарии МГУ, кратко рассмотрены значимые изменения в систематике за последнее столетие, предложены новые определения для отдельных образцов коллекции. Также внимание уделено проблемам определения этой группы таксонов по гербарному материалу и предложены возможные способы их решения.

Abstract

South Caucasus, or Transcaucasia, is a biodiversity hotspot, with about 10 species of Gladiolus being native or endemic to this region. This work offers a brief analysis of Transcaucasian share of MSU Herbarium Gladiolus collection, mentioning the most important changes in systematics of this group during the last century, and suggests new diagnoses for certain specimens. Attention is also paid to most typical problems with proper identification of herbarium material belonging to this species group / Possible ways to solve them are proposed.
